Sydney Sturdevant is a master of workplace culture and productivity. Her expertise in operations and risk management encouraged an impressive career at a young age, leading large regional teams and managing assets < $5 million. With a strong background in service-related industries she specializes in organizational behaviors, training and development, strategic marketing and maximizing our best assets – our people.
Sydney obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Management at the University of New Hampshire, where she currently continues her master’s education. Her passion for education and providing alternative opportunities for on-hand experience. As a Board Member of the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association Education Foundation, she works to expand the scholarship opportunities to local trade high school students. She offers mentorship and guidance through her participation in the New Hampshire Prostart Program where you can often find her judging and advising students through their state and regional competitions.
As an advocate for women in the workplace, Sydney is an active community member and mentor to professional women of all ages. Her favorite group to work with is Girls Inc of New Hampshire. A group focused on providing young women inspiring, life-changing experiences and real solutions to unique issues girls face to allow them to open the doors to a secure and impactful future.
Sydney grew up on the North Shore of Massachusetts and now resides in Southern New Hampshire. Her love for traveling has taken her around the world. When at home you can find her with her big Italian family at the lake, on long wooded walks with her dog, Kingston, or tackling her next DIY home improvement project.
