Compile the answers into two master charts.
Document any differences and gaps.
Screen share the compiled chart in your next team meeting and discuss thoughts and ideas to refine it further, fill skill or passion gaps, or allow items to be eliminated from everyone’s workload.
Want to further reduce the time? E-share the template with your team members and let everyone fill in their thoughts as their time permits. This will allow them to see others’ work and spark their thinking.
Set a reminder to revisit these two master charts every 6 months as you will find new opportunities to clarify, delegate, eliminate or enlist additional support given to team members.
