Me too!! Many people feel it’s important to work on your time management, but it’s really about your energy mapping.

I would like to share a simple exercise to help you define your energy levels and then map out your activities accordingly. You will discover when you should be working on high-level tasks, learning, engaging with clients or even taking eating breaks.
