Comprehensive knowledge of the interworkings of a business is required, along with command and leadership skills to gain buy-in on recommendations and adoption of changes. Position requires a minder/grinder mindset, zest for learning, roll-up sleeves attitude, tech literacy among 365, CRMs, PM, and White Boarding softwares, at least 5+ years within a service business, experience among tech, finance, marketing, process design, client retention, and the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently both visually, verbally, and written. Self-accountability and ability to work remotely a must.
