Support our team and clients by drafting visualized recommendations, updating improvement plans, shadowing calls, ideating and implementing automation and process improvements, and much more. Work touches on multiple areas of our business: finance, marketing, tech, sales, processes, and more. Learn: Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Strategic Coach, EOS, Rockfeller, HBR, Sinek, Brown, and other great methodologies.

Business Developer

Nurture existing referral sources, connect with new referral sources, lead sales call, network online, work with marketing to target our audience with the right messaging. Position requires 3+ years experience in business development and networking with B to B providers that serve small and midsize service businesses and non-profits.

Strategic COO

Lead businesses and their teams through operational improvements to support growth. Engagements range from faster-pace transformation work to fractional change leadership of clients’ teams.  Comprehensive knowledge of the interworkings of a business is required, along with command and leadership skills to gain buy-in on recommendations and adoption of changes. Position requires a minder/grinder mindset, roll-up sleeves attitude, tech literacy among 365, CRMs, PM, and White Boarding softwares, at least 5+ years within a service business, experience among tech, finance, marketing, process, client retention, and the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently both visually, verbally, and written.
