In 2019, a small business was doing okay. They had 40 clients and $670,000 gross revenue.
The team cared about their peers and clients and worked hard. However, their growth had stagnated because the owners lacked time to develop more business and their team at the same time, and their website didn’t really show how amazing they were.
Fast forward to 2024, everything had changed for the better. They now had 65 clients and revenues exceeding $1.54 million! And the team is stronger, larger, and with more skills. They became a team of leaders, with each member stepping up in new ways and promotions happening yearly. A few of their biggest wins was the promotion of a young woman to Operations Manager, creation of a website that shared clear, powerful messaging about values and care for others, and owners freed to pursue more business and enjoy family time.
This transformation didn’t happen overnight. It took hard work, focus, systems and processes, collaboration, and allowing people to try leading. Most of all, it took a belief in people, growth, and a better way to operate.
