What to Expect in the 1st Month

Weekly calls to listen to hurdles, assess the business, provide you with a few quick-wins to energize the team, and visualize a plan that provides the greatest ROI and positive impact to your business, team, and clients.

On and in between calls, we will co-document aspirations, pain points, peoples’ roles,  budget, and infrastructure. We will also start creating a resilient, prioritized plan of improvements that flexes as you evolve.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Productive collaboration that reduces work and accelerates decisions and growth
  • Clarify BHAG (big hairy audacious goals) and major steps to reaching them
  • Business plan that includes recommendations, benefits, timeline, priorities
  • Learn how to manage through change
  • Figure out the pace of change that works for your team and business
  • Learn how to use asynchronous tools to clear your head, share great ideas and concerns, and monitor progress without cluttering your mind and email box.
